1cupcrushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
1/2cupmini marshmallows
1pinchfine sea salt
Instructions
Start by preparing an 8x8 inch baking pan. Line it with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
In a medium-sized saucepan, set over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and a pinch of fine sea salt. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are fully melted and the mixture turns smooth and creamy.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the saucepan from heat. Carefully stir in the pure vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mini marshmallows, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the fudge mixture.
Pour the fudge mixture into the lined baking pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly and smooth the top.
Place the pan into the refrigerator and allow the fudge to chill for at least 2 hours, or until it has solidified.
After the fudge has set, use the parchment overhang to lift it out of the pan carefully. Cut the fudge into small squares, approximately 16 pieces.
Notes
For a visually stunning presentation, arrange the fudge squares on a decorative plate. Sprinkle some extra crushed chocolate sandwich cookies on top for added texture, and consider drizzling a little melted chocolate over the edges of the fudge.
