12cup milk (or your favorite dairy-free alternative)
14cup rich chocolate syrup
14cup heavy cream
14teaspoon pure vanilla extract
to tastecrushed ice for serving
to tastecocoa powder or finely grated chocolate for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing jug, pour in the cold brewed coffee, followed by the milk, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk or a spoon to stir the ingredients together vigorously until they are well blended and uniform in color.
Prepare two glasses by filling them to the brim with crushed ice, ensuring they are cool and refreshing for your drink.
Carefully pour the combined coffee mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them until they are about three-quarters full, allowing room for the whipped cream layer.
In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy cream and whisk it vigorously using a hand mixer or a whisk until soft peaks start to form, creating a light and airy texture.
Delicately spoon the whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture in each glass, creating a beautiful and creamy layer that floats above the cold coffee.
To finish, lightly dust the top of each creamy delight with cocoa powder or sprinkle grated chocolate to add a touch of elegance and extra chocolatey flavor.
Notes
Serve with a decorative straw and a small chocolate garnish for added appeal.
